Reason 1: It may be that static electricity damaged the LCD screen box before welding. You must wear anti-static tape when welding to prevent static electricity from damaging the screen. Static electricity is a kind of direct current. If the amount of instantaneous static electricity is released is large, it will cause damage to the LCD screen. The damage to the LCD screen will be great.
Reason 2: This phenomenon will also occur when measuring the LCD screen with a DC power supply. This is caused by damage to the PI layer of the LCD screen, causing the liquid crystal to not twist normally. Reason 3: Since LCD is a low-voltage, micro-power consumption product, if moisture causes the glass surface to conduct electricity, crosstalk display will occur and the LCD display will be abnormal.
